Although not appearing in the text, according to Star Wolf, he is seen briefly discussing Faolan on his tummfraw after Zanouche witnessed it.

Eelon is first seen flying back with Gwynneth and Zanouche after seeing Heep's rout on the Ice Bridge.
Eelon is the mate of Zanouche, and they had a nest in Ambala before the earthquake hit.
He plays a major role in rescuing and caring for pups, and joins Faolan's pack on their journey to the Distant Blue.
